Ivermectin And Hydroxychloroquine Can Now Be Prescribed In Nebraska- Says AG

By GNews.org Staff

In a story by The Defender on October 18th, 2021, it states that Mr. Doug Peterson the Nebraska Attorney General issued a legal opinion that Nebraska healthcare providers can legally prescribe ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for the treatment of COVID-19, as long as they obtain informed consent from the patient. However, if the medical professionals do not get the correct consent, or if they deceive in any way or prescribe excessively high doses, they could be subject to severe discipline, Mr. Peterson wrote.
Mr. Peterson went on to say that by giving the physicians the option to consider treatments such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, it will free them to evaluate additional ways that could save lives, keep patients out of the hospital and provide relief for our already strained healthcare system.
These particular medicines have been talked about for a long time now as possible treatments for the CCP virus. Let’s hope that common sense has eventually prevailed.
